Luxury cable or already jewelry?

That probably sums it up best when you look at the new Effect Audio flagship Centurion. Superlatives as far as the eye can see! This includes not only what is offered but also the price. I have never held a cable in my hands for a whopping 4999 CHF. And I have never had such an impressive unboxing experience!

By the way, this is “just” the carry case, i.e. the transport container for on the go! A composition of aluminum, leather and wood.

Yes, that's just my own subjective opinion, but there are very few cables in this world that manage to not only get the best out of an already great in-ear, but even on it to take it to a completely new level. 

This cable (like the Chiron) has component status in terms of the possible sound gain - and also a component price.

If you already own the best of the best and are prepared to invest the necessary "small change" - and this is an investment - you will get what is perhaps the best cable in the world with perhaps the finest accessories in the world. 

The Centurion is not just a cable - it is a luxurious overall package that is in no way inferior to a piece of jewelry from the relevant luxury brands.
