International

• 0 to 499 CHF total merchandise value: 30 CHF
• From 500 CHF total merchandise value: free

International shipping is carried out with Swiss Post using priority shipping and registered mail. The goods are delivered without customs clearance (without VAT) and are cleared by customs in the destination country if the value exceeds the customs exemption limit. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs fees.

Note: Swiss VAT is only deducted from the total amount at checkout.

Exceptions

Cayin and Denafrips products can only be sold by us within Switzerland and Liechtenstein and are excluded from international shipping.
