Audiophile cufflinks

Today I would like to introduce a rather unusual product that is nevertheless incredibly practical: The Dust plugs from Cayin.

Dust plugs seal unused 3.5mm and 4.4mm jacks on DAPs, amplifiers, etc. and, as the name suggests, prevent dust from entering.

This may sound mundane at first, but apparently it was such a strong customer need that Cayin decided to build such a product for their customers.

To me, this is an example of excellent customer service because, even though Cayin probably won't make much money from these things, they do it for their customers.

"We are doing this as a service to our users. The engraved pattern is borrowed from the volume control knob on N8ii and N7."

I don't know about you, but such dedication to one's customers is rare these days, and I'm so happy about these small, useful, inexpensive things that I'm writing this blog!

By the way, I didn't choose the title by chance, because Cayin actually gave the dust plugs packaging that is based on cufflinks - a nice little token of love for their customers.
