NEWLY TUNED FOR PRECISION

• Bass: Two dynamic drivers in an isobaric configuration provide significantly improved bass reproduction. The tuning is designed to deliver powerful, impactful bass that sounds precise and defined without becoming overwhelming.

• Midrange: Two balanced-armature drivers produce a natural and detailed sound full of realism and presence.

• Treble: Two premium electrostatic drivers provide exceptional precision and clarity. They reveal the finest nuances in music and create an airy, spacious treble field free from sibilance or fatigue.

• Crossover: A new 6-way crossover seamlessly integrates all drivers and elevates the sound profile to a new level.

The VOLTA SE tuning emphasizes more powerful bass and relaxed highs for a long, captivating listening experience while preserving the original natural frequency response.

LUXURIOUS CRAFTSMANSHIP

The new anodized aluminum shell not only improves fit and comfort compared with earlier designs, but also sets new standards in manufacturing: The use of additional 7-axis CNC and engraving machines enables one of the most complex in-ear shell designs ever created. Each component is finely polished, anodized, and then cryogenically treated to make the surfaces scratch-resistant and help prevent damage from drops.

The pure aluminum shell also creates an acoustically neutral environment that minimizes unwanted vibrations and resonances. The result is an uncolored listening experience in which the drivers can perform to their full potential. With a dark gray line-pattern faceplate and a gunmetal shell, the design embodies luxury and class.

FURTHER REFINEMENTS

• Acoustic chamber: A special 3D-printed chamber precisely controls the acoustics and guarantees consistent tuning.

• Internal wiring: Two in-house cables developed specifically for IEMs (Copper XS and Silver XS) are used for seamless signal transmission between the drivers. These ultra-pure OCC conductors act as “veins” and are strategically assigned to the respective drivers to optimize signal flow across all frequencies.

• Connectors: The in-house 0.78mm 2-pin connectors are made of tellurium copper with rhodium plating. This high-end combination offers one of the highest levels of conductivity in the audio industry and far surpasses conventional brass connectors. The result is a cleaner signal and improved channel balance. The slightly recessed design ensures long-term stability.
  
  

POWERED BY EXCELLENCE

The VOLTA SE is powered by a limited-edition silver-plated copper cable (SPC XL). It consists of two 18AWG UP-OCC conductors with 36-strand groups that eliminate electrical resistance and maximize power delivery. Various damping cores provide excellent ergonomics - perfect for use at home and on the go. Equipped with matching rhodium-plated 2-pin connectors, an exclusive Y-splitter, and freely selectable in-house connectors.
