Happy Birthday - A year of Audio Essence

Audio Essence was launched almost exactly a year ago.
At that point, we had no idea where the journey was going or whether it would end very quickly.

An experiment

Personally, I had no expectations—only hopes and desires. The hope that we, as a startup, had a chance to acquire customers, and the wish that this journey, which involved so much passion, financial investment, and time, wouldn't come to an abrupt end anytime soon. Without customers, there's no shop. It was an experiment, and it could have gone wrong.

We were lucky

...the good fortune to find people who trusted a completely new and unknown online store for high-quality mobile hi-fi and shopped with us. Many of these Customers have remained loyal to us and have have shopped with us time and time again. We would like to thank you very much for that! ❤️😊

But we were also very fortunate to find partners at some of the world's most renowned manufacturers: Empire Ears, Oriolus, Cayin, Hiby, Lotoo, Luxury & Precision, Spirit Torino, Satin Audio, and others helped us build a product range that's unique in Switzerland and Europe, which wouldn't have been possible without their trust. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to all of these partners!

Grow and thrive

When our shop went online a year ago, we offered around 30 products. Over the course of that year, our offering has grown to over 130, and many more will be added.

Not only has our product portfolio grown, but so have many personal relationships and friendships with our customers. I've personally met several of my customers for a coffee, and this has often led to exciting and stimulating conversations.

This personal relationship with our customers is extremely important to us. We're not an anonymous online shop. We're real people, and just like our customers, we're one thing above all else: enthusiastic audiophiles who get just as excited about new in-ears, headphones, or cables as you all do!
