SplitCore 22AWG conductors – optimized for audio fidelity
Zeus II features our innovative SplitCore 22AWG architecture, where each channel consists of two matched conductors that together form a full 22AWG cross-section. This design offers the perfect balance between conductivity and flexibility.
This is the most complex cable we've ever developed. Drawing on years of experience in Litz cable development, we've engineered a next-generation Type 4 Litz structure that utilizes two types of damping cores—nylon and Kevlar—to optimize signal control and mechanical damping.
The internal structure consists of three different bundle layers
Nano-strand bundles – A compact bundle of two strand sizes twisted around a nylon core, maximizing packing density and signal uniformity.
CoreLink bundle – Multiple nano-strand bundles grouped and twisted around another nylon damping core, providing excellent resonance control.
HelixShield bundle – The outermost structure, where CoreLink bundles are wrapped around a Kevlar core, providing exceptional cushioning and structural balance.
This carefully designed structure improves signal flow, mechanical stability and sound coherence across the entire frequency spectrum.
Hybrid Conductor Formula – Tradition meets innovation
Zeus II builds on Satin Audio's extensive experience with precious metals such as gold and palladium, used in previous flagship models such as Zeus, Athena, Athena II and industry-first designs such as Apollo and Hera.
For Zeus II, we're taking a leap forward with five high-end materials:

These newly introduced conductors enhance clarity, depth, and spaciousness while maintaining a rich, natural tonality. Satin Audio continues to pioneer the use of next-generation materials to meet the demands of modern reference IEMs.
Next-generation multi-connection system
Zeus II features a fully modular, tool-free multi-connector system that allows quick switching between 2-pin, MMCX and Pentaconn ear connectors, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of high-end IEMs.
Each connector is precision-machined from CNC-machined, heavy-gauge, gold-plated audio-grade brass, providing excellent conductivity and long-lasting durability. All three connector types are included with every Zeus II, providing flexibility without the need for additional purchases.
Modular multi-plug design – seamless adaptability
The modular connector system allows for effortless switching between 4.4 mm and 3.5 mm connections—no adapters required. Internal, wireless connections ensure extremely low impedance (~4 mΩ) for excellent conductivity.
The inner housings of the connectors are CNC-machined from nickel-plated brass, protecting the signal path from electromagnetic interference and improving durability. The connector contacts are made of thick, gold-plated, audio-grade brass for maximum transmission performance.
Gold-colored aesthetics with interchangeable cases
Zeus II features a luxurious, gold-colored hardware design inspired by the Corinthian helmet—a symbol of ancient Greek warriors—giving the connector and port design a bold, sophisticated aesthetic. The modular splitter and connector system includes four engraved outer shells:
Stormstrike Sigil – A stylized lightning bolt symbolizing the divine power of Zeus.
Aetos Dios (Eagle of Zeus) – Emblem of power and vigilance.
Cornucopia (Horn of Amalthea) – A symbol of abundance and grace.
Zeus II – Simple engraved name of the king.
These interchangeable components allow users to customize the look to suit their decor or style.
Mundorf Supreme Solder – Precision in Audiophile Quality
To ensure clean and reliable signal transmission, Zeus II is hand-soldered using Mundorf MSolder SUPREME SilverGold, one of the most highly regarded solder compounds in high-end audio. This ensures superior conductivity, long-term stability, and sonic purity at every connection point.
