The Pendragon features a western dragon-inspired design with a dragon scale pattern created using advanced 3D printing and CNC-machined carbon fiber panels accented with metal fragments for a sophisticated aesthetic.
Technically, it utilizes a proprietary quad-hybrid driver architecture, developed through two years of painstaking research. The configuration includes two Sonion bone conduction drivers, two custom-made 9.2 mm dynamic drivers, six Knowles and Sonion balanced armature drivers, and four Sonion ultra-high frequency electrostatic drivers. This design delivers powerful low frequencies and exceptional mid- to high-frequency resolution, providing a deep, immersive, and detailed listening experience that fully captures the beauty of the music.

Caliburn – Cable manufactured exclusively for Pendragon
Developed exclusively for the Pendragon, the Caliburn cable features a coaxial shielding structure with a 4N OFC copper core in a Litz Type 4S four-strand configuration, enhancing dynamics and sonic refinement.
The PVC-coated core and outer shell provide reliable protection, while the inner shielding braid is made of 5N silver-plated OFC copper with cross-weaving technology to minimize interference and improve purity.
The two-tone black and gray design with a dragon skin texture blends aesthetics and technology. This precise construction complements the Pendragon's driver system, ensuring durability, detailed reproduction, and flagship-level sound quality for an exceptional listening experience.

Its custom-designed 9.2mm dynamic driver delivers rich, deep bass with exceptional resolution, ensuring every note is reproduced clearly and powerfully.
The interconnect material has been upgraded from copper to an aerospace-grade titanium alloy, significantly reducing harmonic distortion and suppressing cabinet resonances to prevent sound coloration.
The integration of micro-nano 3D printing technology with a filter accuracy of 0.015 mm optimizes airflow and improves bass response. These innovations ensure unparalleled bass depth and clarity.
E.S.C. Electromagnetic shielding coating
The Pendragon features the revolutionary E.S.C. technology (Electromagnetic Shielding Coating), which creates an advanced electromagnetic barrier through a special coating on the drivers.
This coating, composed of a combination of metal oxides (zinc oxide and indium tin oxide) and a conductive polyaniline polymer matrix, achieves an electromagnetic wave attenuation rate of 98.7%. This ensures pure, interference-free sound with clearer and more natural details.
The coating acts like an invisible armor, protecting the headphones from everyday electromagnetic pollution and ensuring pristine sound reproduction. Embodying both cutting-edge audio innovation and the legendary spirit of King Arthur, the Pendragon elevates every music experience to a new level.
Micro-nano printing technology
The Pendragon introduces groundbreaking micro-nano-printing technology, redefining the sound transmission path to enhance audio quality. While conventional tuning filters in balanced armature headphones focus on high-frequency adjustments, their planar mesh design limits more comprehensive sound optimization.
To overcome this, extensive research from 2021 to 2023 used AI to analyze 600 spatial microstructures and identify optimal designs for various frequencies. This led to the development of complex structures with an accuracy of 2 micrometers using micro-nano printing. By improving tuning resolution, this innovation enables unprecedented sonic dynamics and fidelity. The Pendragon represents the next generation of audio engineering and precise high-fidelity tuning.
SFD II Spiral Flow Device II
The Pendragon features the innovative SFD II (Spiral Flow Device II), a micro-nano 3D-printed component that enhances mid-frequency performance. Its precisely engineered spiral rib structure creates a vortex effect within the acoustic chamber, reducing energy loss and minimizing phase distortion.
High-precision 5-axis CNC machining technology
The Pendragon's frame is constructed from aerospace-grade aluminum, ensuring high mechanical strength. Through thousands of CNC machining steps, we carefully create a high-precision dragon scale pattern on the outer frame, which is then anodized to effectively prevent scratches.
This design not only increases the durability of the earbuds but also gives them a sleek and sophisticated appearance that perfectly embodies our relentless pursuit of craftsmanship and outstanding performance.
The King's Treasury – multicolored fragmented carbon fiber panels
The Pendragon features Nostalgia Audio's exclusive multi-colored fragmented carbon fiber panels, inspired by King Arthur's mythical treasure trove.
These panels combine five metallic colors in fragmented carbon fiber prepreg, which is cured under precise temperature and pressure to form a solid, durable structure. Each panel is CNC-machined and hand-selected by artisans.In the light they display a dynamic, iridescent shine reminiscent of magical reflections on the water.
This design combines legendary symbolism with cutting-edge craftsmanship, making each panel a unique functional work of art that reflects both technological innovation and mythical elegance.
The Pendragon redefines earbud design by using high-precision 3D modeling and micron-level printing to create a detailed three-dimensional dragon skin texture on the earcups.
A gold microparticle coating on the interior surfaces creates a soft, refracted glow as light shines through the interstices of the scales. This innovative two-layer design combines stunning visual artistry with uncompromising acoustic performance, achieving a harmonious balance between aesthetic brilliance and sonic purity.
Three exclusive earplug types
The Pendragon comes with three exclusive Nostalgia Audio ear tips, each tailored to different sound preferences. The new Symbio W ear tips enhance bass for richer sound, the XWB ear tips refine treble and detail resolution, while the LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) ear tips offer a balanced, natural sound profile.
Complementing this is a specially designed portable earplug storage case, modeled after the legendary Knights' Round Table. Precision 3D-printed, this case combines functionality with the Pendragon's signature aesthetic, highlighting its exceptional character and thoughtful design.

To celebrate Nostalgia Audio's fifth anniversary, we proudly present our new flagship headphone—Pendragon—named after the most prestigious title in Arthurian legend. Building on the global success of our 2022 Camelot model, Pendragon represents the culmination of our commitment to audio excellence and design innovation.
Inspired by the majestic western dragon, its exterior features a striking dragon scale pattern created through advanced 3D printing and high-precision CNC machining. Custom-made resin-carbon fiber panels with five metallic shades add a touch of elegance and regal character, reflecting our ongoing fusion of legendary aesthetics with cutting-edge craftsmanship.
