In its compact design, Mjölnir achieves a signal-to-noise ratio of 132 dB, a noise level below 0.8 μV rms, and a dynamic range of 134 dB at an output power of 2.5 W (per channel).
Mjölnir features a fully separated, multi-layer PCB design, a multi-processor architecture, independent power supply, and an independent 3mm thick shielding. It unleashes the full potential of the AK4499EQ.
The 97Wh energy from six "21700" cells ensures continuous and stable power supply of 20V 3A internally. Playback time ranges from 8 to 15 hours (depending on amplification, screen operation @on, headphone impedance, and other specific conditions).
It offers effortless control for highly sensitive earphones and high-impedance headphones. It provides unbalanced 3.5mm, balanced 4.4mm, unbalanced 6.35mm, and balanced 4-pin XLR connectors for a wide range of audio devices, ensuring compatibility with various headphone options.
To meet various user scenarios, Mjölnir comes with a custom genuine leather carrying case that facilitates transport and storage.
It also supports Wi-Fi streaming for Roon (currently in certification phase), bidirectional Bluetooth connection, digital input for desktop devices, USB connection for computers and phones, digital output for AV amplifiers, digital output for DACs, balanced/unbalanced analog output for active speakers, and output for amplifiers.
The three-axis toggle switch provides a better tactile feel and user experience and reduces errors during blind operation. The precise adjustment knob ensures clear selection of output channels with distinct feedback. The volume control offers effortless operation and improved regulation capabilities.
Each screw of Mjölnir is individually processed and made from stainless steel 304 and 316 to ensure strength, reliability, and consistency.
The high-quality, CNC-machined all-metal frame cleverly combines multiple components and features a reliable, fully enclosed, interlocking design that provides vibration-damping support for the circuit system as well as perfect heat dissipation on both sides. Mjölnir embodies Lotoo's highest quality standards.
