It offers fantastic body and dynamics in the lows, along with excellent clarity in the upper bass. Vocals are juicy and vivid, with excellent texture and tonality. 

It literally has no issues with micro details, but it’s the macro dynamics that win it for the Frigg. The highs are agile and sparkly but comfortable and natural in the presentation. The stage is also big, with very good height and Z-axis depth. I don’t think I will be asking for anything else; I am already bowled over by its emotional portrayal of the whole scene.

Weave Emblem 

The Tapestry of Fate, Strengthening the Empire The design team drew inspiration from the Spinning Wheel of Fate, controlled by Frigg, the queen of the Norse gods. Using high-precision metal carving, they created the dazzling metal wave faceplate—the “Weave Emblem”.

The faceplate was crafted using precision engraving techniques to reproduce wave patterns resembling the threads of fate, creating a profound, three-dimensional 
texture. Accompanied by a crown-like silhouette outlined through precise metal engraving, it resembles an exquisite emblem of identity.

Acoustic architecture

2 dynamic drivers + 4 electrostatic drivers

10 mm dynamic driver with beryllium-coated diaphragm (woofer)

Using a highly rigid, beryllium-coated diaphragm, it delivers fast, deep, and elastic low-frequency reproduction, creating an immersive atmosphere and dynamic impact.

8 mm dynamic driver with liquid silicone diaphragm (mid-highs)

The unique liquid silicone material offers excellent internal damping properties and covers the mid to upper-mid frequencies. It delivers full, warm, and emotionally resonant vocals and instrumental tones with seamless transitions.

4 Sonion electrostatic drivers (sub-highs)

The electrostatic drivers are responsible for extending the ultra-high frequency range. Their low distortion and excellent transient response fill the highs with ample airiness and capture every subtle detail in the music.

The Scepter Pivot — the finishing touch to the design

Kinera addresses these physical properties of the driver structure through the physical tuning switch “Scepter Pivot” on the back of Frigg. It actively adjusts the impedance characteristics and the parameters of the crossover network.

When you tap the “Scepter” with your fingertip, Frigg immediately switches 
between two different load environments, thereby altering the drivers’ operating efficiency in specific frequency bands. This design not only solves the problem of source adaptability, but also gives users full control over the sound, enabling a truly personalized listening experience.

Dual-tone tuning: Pop mode and Master mode

Based on the 2DD+4EST driver configuration, the tuning switch enables two distinct sound styles and provides versatile playback options to suit different music genres and listening preferences.

Master Mode (Standard for 84-Ω Version)

Balanced tuning with a neutral, clear profile, offering transparent, clean, subtle, and natural sound with low coloration, a wide soundstage, and a stable spatial background.

Pop Mode (Standard for 32-Ω Version)
