As the name suggests, the Susvara Unveiled has a completely open design that eliminates the negative effects of sound wave reflection, the last obstacle affecting sound quality. This way, the depth and beauty of the music is unhindered and fully revealed.
By omitting a grille, there are no annoying refractions and reflections of sound waves and an almost perfect sound quality is achieved. Two elegant magnetic covers are included to protect the drivers when the Susvara Unveiled is not in use. In addition, the covers protect the headphones' magnetostatic drivers from being attracted by other magnetic objects.
For many years, Hifiman has invested extensive resources in the research and development of nanometer-grade membranes and has refined the technology even further for the Susvara Unveiled. The thickness of the membrane of the Susvara Unveiled is less than a millionth of a meter. It is extremely light and gives the headphones an extremely good transient response with an excellent dynamic range, a wide frequency range and tremendous detail. In combination with Hifiman's Stealth Magnet technology, the nanometer-thin membrane material is crucial to ensuring that the sound remains clear and fatigue-free even after hours of listening.
The Susvara Unveiled comes with two three-meter headphone cables, one with a 6.3 mm jack plug and one with a balanced 4-pin XLR plug. The cables are made of monocrystalline copper and silver wires. A special composition ratio ensures low resistance during signal transmission and high mechanical strength so that the cables will last for many years.
Each Susvara Unveiled earphone is hand assembled, surface treated and quality controlled. Each assembly process is checked multiple times by engineers with more than 10 years of experience to ensure that each earphone is unique and durable.
The Susvara Unveiled requires a high amplifier power to achieve maximum performance. It is therefore recommended to combine the headphones with a high-quality, powerful amplifier, such as the EF1000DAC from Hifiman. This way, the Susvara Unveiled can reveal its full potential and delight you with its magical musicality.
