The HEDD Air Motion Transformer is handcrafted in Berlin from high-quality components and delivers precise and wonderfully open sound. Thanks to extremely high frequency extension and remarkable transient response, the natural sound is not distorted in any way.
Variable Velocity Transformation
VVT is a reinterpretation of the geometry of our AMT driver to achieve a smooth frequency response across the entire audio spectrum by varying the folds in width and depth. This innovation by HEDD enabled the HEDDphone to become the world's first full-range AMT headphone.
