For Ferrum, it made sense to continue its journey in the hi-fi chain. It brought us OOR, our flagship headphone amplifier, ERCO, our entry-level DAC, and WANDLA, the converter.
What these products have in common is their power consumption. And one of the features of HYPSOS is its enormous power reserves. The power reserves are so abundant that HYPSOS could actually easily supply two devices simultaneously, provided they have the same supply voltage requirements.
While we initially offered our Ferrum Power Splitter, we now offer HYPSOS with two power outputs. This means you can now connect two Ferrum devices, such as the OOR and WANDLA (or two other devices with the same power requirements), simultaneously without the need for another external component and the associated cable clutter.
The dual output HYPSOS brings you an additional level of upgradability at an exciting price point, proving once again that Ferrum's journey to change the landscape of high-end audio in terms of affordability is indeed an ongoing saga.

Comes with a high-quality DC power cable that can be connected to most commonly used DC inputs upon request. Custom cables can be made to order.

Sweet Spot Tuning (SST)
Ability to fine-tune the output voltage for the best sound. The voltage level can be safely adjusted during operation for easy comparison testing. 4T Sensor Design (4TSD)
Ensuring the exact voltage level at the DC input terminal of the powered device – special cable design and feedback ensure a consistent voltage at all times. This technology eliminates the harmful effects of cable resistance and improves transient response.
Advanced automation
Compatibility with the Apple TV remote, trigger in/out port; ability to automate the power-on of devices with standby mode even without a dedicated trigger port.
Extremely safe to use
Automatic transformer voltage adjustment (ATVA), electronic output voltage polarity switch as well as overvoltage, current limit and short circuit protection.
