We thought long and hard about how to make our first streaming product truly special. For now, we named it BROEN. Since it is a network streaming transport, the name – which means “bridge” in Danish – speaks for itself.

We started our BROEN journey right at the beginning of digital transport and have been working from there to offer the best possible handling, performance, and much more…

At launch, we developed a brand-new core: the SERCE Digital-to-Digital module, so all digital processes can be executed with incredible precision. We ensured perfect separation between input and output sections as well as galvanic isolation of the audio outputs.

Since the majority prefer a Wi-Fi connection, we are now introducing an SFP port that can accommodate both an Ethernet and an optical module – for an optimized connection to a suitable switch.

Furthermore, BROEN runs on “Powered by Volumio,” giving you access to the entire Volumio streaming ecosystem with all its benefits at no extra cost. The latest version, Volumio 4, delivers the best possible experience with improved responsiveness and better app integration. BROEN – a true masterpiece.

Made for WANDLA

Although you can perfectly control BROEN via your smartphone, tablet, or computer, BROEN seamlessly integrates with the WANDLA thanks to our FSCT technology. Artist and track information is displayed on the WANDLA screen and can be controlled via the WANDLA touchscreen or remote control.

Made for HYPSOS

BROEN delivers excellent performance right out of the box. However, combined with the HYPSOS, the performance can be elevated to a new level. Via the proprietary Ferrum Power Link (FPL) connection with 4TSD voltage sensing, both components operate at absolute maximum level and unleash incredible musicality.

Made for the Future

With BROEN, you receive Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware updates and a platform-capable architecture with plugin support. In addition to an internal SSD slot, we have integrated an SFP slot where you can choose between a standard SFP Ethernet module or an optical SFP module to connect to an SFP switch—this minimizes interference noise when connecting to the outside world. These features keep BROEN up to date and make it future-proof for many years.
