EarMen ST-Amp is a fully balanced desktop headphone amplifier with preamp option and integrated DAC. It has exceptional sound whether it's being listened to from an onboard DAC or an external one, which is good news for those who want everything in one device. The amplifier has been carefully designed for headphones, so you won't experience any awkward pop and click phenomena when you turn it on and off.
Fully symmetrical
The amplifier is fully balanced, so every sound at the input becomes even purer and better. We use exactly the same topology for SE signals, making them balanced in a special way with almost no phase shift, added noise or THD. That's great news, because the sound from the SE output doesn't lag behind the sound from the balanced output.
The headphone output is powered by two TPA6120 op amps, which have proven to be excellent in the audiophile world. To complete the experience, we use a high-quality ALPS symmetrical potentiometer, which helps to keep the sound unchanged and the user satisfied during use.

ST-AMP affects the sound so your DAC can be heard better. Although many DACs have excellent specifications, this is not enough to fully express the sound. ST-AMP fully exploits the maximum dynamics of the sound source, so that no detail is withheld from you. In addition, various headphone drivers can be controlled very easily, which improves accuracy, neutrality and transparency.

Pre-Out option
The pre-out outputs SE and BAL are located on the back of the device. This option allows the user to use the ST-Amp as a DAC and preamp for a much more powerful system.

The sound source can be selected as desired. Analog input or digital/onboard DAC gives you the freedom to listen to your favorite music from any source.
Ultra low harmonic distortion
Low Total Harmonic Distortion is an important quality that we take very seriously. The ST amp has very low total harmonic distortion which gives you higher power factor, lower peak currents and higher efficiency without distortion.
Power supply
At the heart of the device is a noiseless, high-stability linear power supply that can easily power even the most demanding headphones. In addition to the special topology of the amplifier, the power supply is characterized by excellent properties even at full power, which is often not the case.
