DESIGNED FOR PERFECTION

Equipped with an advanced, microprocessor CPLD-based, discrete relay volume control with 60 steps, coupled with a current driver Darlington array network and precisely matched military-spec metal film resistors, it offers perfect channel balance and an extremely low THD+N distortion of 0.000120%.

The fully discrete Class-A output stage not only delivers a full sound but also transparent and spatial reproduction – literally the best of both worlds.

DOUBLE SHIELDED POWER SUPPLY

We firmly believe that clean power supply is the foundation for good sound quality. The flagship preamplifier Athena is no exception.

It shares the same beliefs and philosophy.

Inside the same chassis, the encapsulated power supply is located beneath the main control board – separated by two layers of MU-metal sheets. This effectively suppresses harmful EMI/EMF interference from the power supply.

Multi-stage LDO voltage regulators (Low Drop Out) and a large capacitor bank effortlessly supply the Class-A circuit with clean energy.

Thanks to the precisely matched Mil-Spec metal film resistors and the MU-metal shielded power supply, the ATHENA achieves a THD+N value of 0.000120% and an incredibly low noise level of 1.58 uVrms.

Each unit is tested with Audio Precision APx500 before shipping. These are the quality standards we enforce to meet your requirements. We know that both sound and measurements matter to you!
