Wood pore acoustics

We examined the pore structures of the trees under a microscope with a magnification of 10x. For Alula we combined the Liquid Silicone Driver with English Black Cherry. The small and regular pores of the black cherry wood underline the vocal and guitar structure.

Frequency filter system

The hearing curves show a significant peak sensitivity around 3500-4000 Hz. There is another area of ​​increased sensitivity around 13,500 Hz, which can be assigned to the third harmonic resonance of the ear canal.
