A team with unique hearing

We asked our team what the difference to other companies is. The most common word is passion. Passion to hear the customer and to design high-quality products for the ear by hand. We master the balancing act between tradition and innovation.

Founder Andreas Schmitt and most of our employees have been behind the name InEar for over 20 years. A family business with a heart. In recent years, the next generation, Miriam Lettau and Marius Schmitt, has entered the successful company and was welcomed with open ears. When it comes to new ideas, the implementation in our experienced interdisciplinary team of around 30 people never falls on deaf ears.


How we produce

Handcrafted in Germany. Our individual products are manufactured using the most modern manufacturing processes. In addition to the digital recording of the ear impressions, the design of the products using special CAD software and 3D exposure systems in production, all products are assembled by hand.
