We asked our team what sets us apart from other companies. The most frequently mentioned word was passion. A passion for listening to our customers and for handcrafting high-quality ear-related products. We master the balancing act between tradition and innovation.

Founder Andreas Schmitt and a large portion of our employees have been behind the InEar name for over 20 years. It's a family business with heart and soul. In recent years, Miriam Lettau and Marius Schmitt, the next generation, have joined the successful company and have been welcomed with open ears. When it comes to new ideas, our experienced, interdisciplinary team of approximately 30 people never fails to embrace them.

How we produce

Handcrafted in Germany. Our custom products are manufactured using state-of-the-art production processes. In addition to digitally capturing ear impressions, product design using specialized CAD software, and 3D imaging systems in production, all products are assembled by hand.
