The sound of expressiveness
The Van Gogh is designed for impact. Noble's engineers have developed a sound that emphasizes boldness and texture: deep bass, layered mids, and clear, airy highs that convey energy without fatigue. Whether you want to explore the subtle nuances of a film score or the full saturation of modern productions, the Van Gogh is tuned to deliver an immersive, emotional, and vibrant audio experience.
At the heart of this setup is a custom-designed four-driver hybrid configuration. It features Noble's 8 mm dual-magnet dynamic driver paired with three high-quality balanced armature drivers from Sonion and Knowles. The result is a rich, three-dimensional sound with speed and presence, tuned with musicality and soul in mind.
Driver breakdown:
• 1 x 8 mm dynamic driver with magnesium-aluminum diaphragm and dual magnetic circuit
• 2 x Sonion E-Series balanced armature drivers for smooth, clear mids
• 1 x Knowles RAD Series balanced armature driver for extended, controlled ultra-high frequencies
With a sensitivity of 107 dB and a stable impedance of 29 Ω, the Van Gogh delivers superior performance with portable sources and offers enough resolution to also impress on desktop systems.
Design that moves
The Van Gogh's exterior is as expressive as the sound within. Each front panel is hand-finished with a swirling pattern that reflects the movement and chaos of Van Gogh's original painting. No two units are alike. The low-profile plastic shell is contoured for a natural fit, providing long-wearing comfort and excellent passive isolation for on-the-go or in the studio.
The Van Gogh comes with Noble's 8-conductor OCC copper cable, which comes standard with a 4.4 mm balanced plug and a two-pin connector system for upgrade flexibility. A selection of ear tips, branded accessories, and Noble's signature carrying case are included.
