The Voyager impresses with two separate, independently driven amplifiers that eliminate channel crosstalk and create a vibrant soundstage with powerful dynamics. Burson Audio has nearly two decades of experience in developing discrete audio operational amplifiers and uses them in all stages of the Voyager to create the renowned Burson sound – rich in detail, dynamic, and transparent.
With an impressive dynamic range of -112 dB, the Voyager utilizes the MUSES72320 volume control, trusted by industry leaders. It also employs a discrete buffer per channel to suppress interference. The Soloist Voyager not only offers selectable, hardware-based crossfeed for headphones and soundstage balance for speakers, but also a dedicated Headphone+Subwoofer mode. Connect a subwoofer and feel the bass even when listening with headphones.
The impedance rating for headphones is often not very meaningful, as it varies greatly depending on the frequency. The Soloist Voyager Deluxe compensates for these fluctuations with its high-performance power amplifier, resulting in a consistent response.
