Finely tuned DA conversion

WANDLA embodies Ferrum’s digital know-how and in-house developed analog audio and electrical engineering technology. The current-to-voltage converter (I/V converter) ESS Sabre ES9038PRO is finely tuned to achieve its maximum performance.

Optimized ARM chip

The optimized ARM chip provides the shortest possible signal path and eliminates the need for 5 chips. Includes MQA decoder/renderer and digital filter selection.

Dynamic digital filtering

WANDLA offers seven ESS digital filters as standard and, as a world first, lets the audience choose the best of a total of eight WANDLA filters developed by the renowned filter manufacturer HQ Player for Ferrum.

Optimized digital inputs
