A DAC designed entirely around the signal

With USB, Bluetooth, and S/PDIF inputs, as well as support for PCM up to 768 kHz and native DSD512, the GLOW was designed to preserve resolution, transparency, and musical detail from source to output.

Tube VS Solid State

With a single touch, the GLOW lets you switch between two distinct analog sound signatures. This allows the output stage to be perfectly matched to the music, your headphones, and your personal listening preferences.

• Tube mode: Selected NOS-JAN6418 tubes add natural warmth, texture, and a more relaxed musical presentation, while a carefully engineered circuit keeps total harmonic distortion (THD) below 0.8% at maximum output power.

• Solid-state mode: Precision audio operational amplifiers from Texas Instruments, the OPA1612 and OPA1642, provide a low-noise, transparent, and dynamic signal path with excellent control and clarity.

Power and control for headphones

A separate power supply for the headphone amplifier provides the current and stability required to drive both the unbalanced 6.35 mm and balanced 4.4 mm outputs with up to 2 W at 32 Ω.

R-2R network potentiometer

Instead of a conventional potentiometer, the GLOW uses an R-2R resistor-ladder volume control made of precision resistors. The volume is adjusted in precise, repeatable steps while the signal passes through precisely defined resistance values. This ensures perfect channel balance, transparency, and detail retrieval – even at very low volumes.

Designed to grow with your system

Use the GLOW as a full-fledged DAC/headphone amplifier or connect your own balanced analog source. An optional external linear power supply is also available for audio systems with even higher power quality requirements.

Digital or analog – the choice is yours

The GLOW combines digital inputs for USB, Bluetooth, optical, and coaxial connections. At the same time, a dedicated balanced analog input has been deliberately integrated so that sources such as turntables, reel-to-reel tape recorders, or cassette decks can also be used through the GLOW’s headphone amplifier.
