The SE300 Titan Limited Edition is a pioneer in materials innovation and features special materials and precise craftsmanship, offering both a premium feel and unparalleled sound from the R-2R DAC and analog amplifier.
The SE300 Titan Limited Edition is constructed from Grade 5 titanium alloy and is designed to increase both internal corrosion resistance and the
corrosion resistance and strength of pure titanium.
Titanium Grade 5, an alloy blend of aluminum and vanadium, stands for exceptional strength and low weight.
This alloy is known for its increased corrosion resistance and lack of toxicity compared to aluminum and is the material of choice
in aerospace, medical technology and a variety of other applications.
Their ability to withstand heat and electrical conductivity make them an optimal material for reducing temperature fluctuations and electrical interference within R-2R.

Despite these numerous advantages, the complicated processing of the material is due to its enormous strength and limited thermal conductivity. The integration of the material into the product therefore depends solely on the finesse of ultra-precision manufacturing.
The front cover, initially precisely shaped, is processed using special polishing machines, while the side panels, decorated with wavy patterns, are carefully processed to achieve a uniform surface structure. This has been perfected through a combination of 6-axis control robots and the skilled hands of engineers, resulting in a flawless finish. The wheel and side buttons are made on a Swiss-made 5-axis CNC machine, a technique often used in the production of high-quality wristwatches.
The use of an AF coating ensures the long-lasting appeal and tactile experience of the Titan Edition.
