The semi-closed Titano Hi-Fi headphone was born at the end of a long analysis process dedicated to the world of headphone listening.
Andrea Ricci changes the approach to design in this project, moving from pure exploration of faithful sound reproduction to creating a product with acoustic custom tailoring, capable of meeting the customer's needs. The Titano can indeed evolve from a My-fi audiophile headphone to a reference instrument for the sound professional.
An important consideration was also made in the use of the 'headphone' instrument itself, by defining a semi-closed design that allows enjoying the acoustic advantages of an open design while radiating 50% less sound outward.
This setting allows the user to maintain a realistic listening volume without disturbing neighbors, while creating a background noise in the treble range that is essential for the full perception of sound details.
