Our second reinterpretation of the world famous Fourté, the first true tubeless universal in-ear monitor. The Blanc rounds out Fourté's industry-leading legacy and offers a new perspective, both cosmetically and technically. A custom-designed open dynamic driver, a balanced armature, and two Tia drivers challenge the technical capabilities of a four-driver system.
Enhancing many small but important details, all built on the high-resolution nature of the Tia system, brings recorded music to life.
Limited and minimalist, each Fourté Blanc is an example of just 500 pieces worldwide, all with exclusive packaging and enhanced components in a pristine white ceramic-coated case.
Inside, everything from driver selection and placement to solder joints is meticulously engineered. These contrast beautifully with the unique patina of Blanc's copper front panel, the fabric and the letter embossing on the packaging. All of this is unique in its own way and gives Fourté Blanc customers a truly exclusive experience.
Blanc is tuned very similarly to Fourté Noir, with some with some subtle improvements in the low frequency range through a new implementation of the dynamic driver, resulting in less distortion. Bass hits low with high realism, giving room for upper bass and punch/presence in the midrange.
This mid-range accuracy is not only a result of its own amplitude, but also from the fast transient response of the
high-mid range. The high-frequency band remains pure and clean in sound.
Tia's classic soundstage showcases the depth of the stereo field, not just the breadth. Recordings with instruments with sudden wide panning seem to come from behind the listening position. The perception of effects and small details is deepened. Vocals are centered yet centered in the back of the mind, giving them space while also blending them seamlessly into the overall picture.
Upgrade of dynamic driver
The acoustic low-pass filter in Fourté's LF driver was originally developed as an inertance filter with an aluminum cone (formerly Kapton). Our redesigned filter is made from a high-precision textile mesh that reduces distortion by half and improves linearity in Fourté Blanc.
This is partly due to the reduction of back pressure on the driver and the elimination of any turbulence effects between the filter and the driver diaphragm.
The measured improvement is so significant that we believe that we will continue to do so in the future will also flow into the improvement of our other hybrid products such as the Nio, N8 and the Original Fourté.
White ceramic coating
The ceramic coating ensures the pristine white color of the Blanc case, as there are currently no good white PVD or anodizing alternatives that achieve the desired shade of white.
The coating is a custom blend applied in-house. The case is first prepared and anodized to harden the aluminum and to insulate the aluminum that would otherwise be soft and conductive. The approximately 25 μm thick anodization is technically a second protective layer for the outer shell
below the final ceramic coating.
The ceramic is sprayed on and the shell is baked to cure, revealing the full strength of the highly durable coating.
T6061 Imperial Aluminum Shell

Blancs housings for its corrosion-resistant, strong, and machining properties and the excellent appearance after anodizing.
In addition to our 3.5mm Pearl Premium cable, Blanc offers an exclusive new 4.4mm Balanced Shielded Silver Core cable.
The pure silver shielding acts like a Faraday cage, shielding electric fields, reflecting electromagnetic radiation and reducing interference from outside noise on the signal.
Our purist quest has led us to develop this new cable topology
along with fully custom built hardware that
can't be found anywhere else.

was previously only used in another 64 Audio UIEM, the Fourté Noir, where we replaced the entire standard solder with Mundorf's MSolder Supreme SilverGold.
The advantages of silver solder are enhanced by the addition of the purest gold
which lowers the melting point and has a much higher purity than required by the standards.
The manufacturing process is more complex than that with the original solder on the driver pads, since the Mundorf solder does not flow as easily due to the high proportion of silver and gold particles.

We couldn't risk having a single component overshadow Fourté Blanc's advances in distortion and linearity. Because Blanc's dynamic LF driver is the first connection point in the signal path, we used Cardas Audio's 27 gauge Grade 1 (Ultra) Low-Eddy Copper, manufactured right here in Oregon.
This solid wire is not as easy to work with as our typical stranded stranded wire, which is flexible and therefore easy to process and
shape. The solid copper wire is laid with precision to avoid breakage and achieve a clean run.
Although more complicated, Cardas copper's perfect structure continues beneath the surface, resulting in its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity.
